About May's Whisk



Born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I've laid roots in Las Vegas since I was 17 years old and fell in love with the city. My passion for baking started when I enrolled at The Art Institute of Las Vegas and graduated with degree in Baking and Pastry. From there, I've worked in different kitchens at hotels and restaurants on the Vegas strip. (Aria, Wynn, Flamingo, Giada's restaurant, and Bouchon at the Venetian.)

Although I earned my experiences working along side amazing chefs and talented cooks, I like to challenge myself. That is when the idea May's Whisk came along. During the pandemic I took a big leap of faith and started my own, at home-small baking business. 

When I am not in the kitchen, you can catch me reading a good book, tending to my plants, exploring with the husband, pigging out with family, or coffee dates with friends🤍🤎
